SC Buzz

SC Buzz is an experimental display typeface. It began as a student project, and has become an ongoing passion project that is constantly being revised.

Each character is built out of two or three irregular four‑sided shapes. The shapes have a dynamic, almost caffeinated energy that makes for an expressive logotype for a coffee shop.*

It also works on "Clevenger," the new album from Koal (an imagined experimental rock band from Budapest).

*The typeface was named for the coffee ad, and the coffee shop was named for a mentor.
